What does the word "Antisemitism" mean?
Antisemitism is like "conspiracy theorist," a catchphrase used to silence people! But literally, it is rarely really analyzed!
That's why we won't analyze much more than the term and its consequences here!
So, ANTI means AGAINST. But what does Semitismus mean then?
Semites are a linguistic region! Not a people! Not a country/nation! Not a religion!
But a region where the Semitic language is spoken!
Semitic languages include, for example, Arabic, Hebrew, Amharic, Akkadian, Tigrinya, Canaanite, etc. (see link below)
In this sense, an antisemite would be someone who is against ALL those in the Semitic region! And that would largely be the "Arabs"!?
Would Palestinians also be Semites?
One can already see how the whole issue is twisted and directed exclusively "against Jews," even though the term is not exclusively "Jewish"!
But as with all religions, everyone wants their exclusive right and tries to disseminate it among people, thus creating an "exclusive right." But it remains religious/ideological and has nothing to do with truth and reality!
And every time someone claims an "exclusive right to life," they separate themselves from everyone else and life itself! That's where the true division happens!
All life has the right to live... anyone claiming otherwise separates THEMSELVES FROM LIFE! But neither faith, nor religion, nor the Bible, nor the Quran, nor the Talmud, nor "history," nor money, nor power, nor other psychotic, fantastic illusions give anyone more right than another!
The next question is valid: Why is there racism AND antisemitism!? This is already racism within racism!?
One must also look further and recognize that "Jews" are not a people at all but a faith-based religion! On this, Shlomo Sand, emeritus professor of history at Tel Aviv University, has more to say.
Many notice that something is wrong in Palestine - Israel, but few want to really look at what's going on and prefer to give in to their emotions, falling into hate tirades where a clear analysis becomes difficult.
""Antisemit" was usually referred to as someone who doesn't like Jews.
Today, it seems to be a person Jews doesn't like."
Dr. Hajo Meyer, Holocaust survivor 1924-2014
That's why it is more important than ever to recognize what is being played without getting entangled and losing oneself in the manipulation game of the system!
